Admissions Process

Golden Gate Montessori is proud of their seamless admissions process. With the assistance of the award-winning Brightwheel software program, we compile all of our administrative tasks and communication through the Brightwheel app.

When a family communicates their intention to enroll their child into Golden Gate Montessori, they will be instructed to download the Brightwheel app and then invited to join the program through email.

Once invited to register through email, parents will be prompted to complete the enrollment package including the parent handbook. All paperwork and signed handbook are to be completed prior to the first day of attendance.

Once the parent’s Brightwheel account has been created, parents will receive their registration fee, a one-time $75 fee will be payable through Brightwheel.

We admit students who are between the ages of 2.5 up to 6 years, 11 months. Although we accept 2.5-year-old children, all students must be 100% potty-trained on day 1 of attendance. Per the Montessori philosophy, we do have blended classrooms with some variation of range so that older children can offer leadership and guidance.
